Consignment Fees 
You will only be charged a fee if item needs to be repaired. 
 
Terms
Items not sold after 180 days will be returned to the owner.

Repair Fees
If an item being considered for consignment needs repair, the owner of the jewelry must pay for the necessary repairs prior to being displayed for sale. Famulare Jewelers will guarantee the item after the sale. Fees are not refundable if the item is not sold.

Payment Terms and Options
Option 1: We will issue a check for sold items 30 days after it has sold.
Option 2: In lieu of a check, an additional 25% credit can be applied towards purchases or services in our store.
